FFmpeg source offer

FFmpeg is free software licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 3 or later. KomboKlipper runs ffmpeg.exe and ffprobe.exe as separate programs and does not link them into its own code. The FFmpeg libraries (avcodec, avformat, avfilter and the rest) ship as separate DLLs in the tools folder, so you can replace them with a compatible build of your own. This build does not contain the GPL-only libraries x264 and x265.

Source offer: the complete corresponding source code for the FFmpeg shipped with this release (the exact FFmpeg commit, plus the build scripts that pin the version of every library inside the DLLs) is hosted at https://www.komboklipper.com/source/ and is also available from the upstream links above. If you would like it on a physical medium, or you cannot get it from those links, email contact@komboklipper.com and we will send it for the cost of the medium and postage. This offer is valid for three years from the date of the release you hold, and for as long as we offer that release for download.

Per-release source archives and checksums: komboklipper.com/source.
